Hi Andrew,
I'm not a local, nor pretending to be, hence the refs. Besides, I seem
to recall the word on Perthian lips. We feel the same about da Bridge.
And only Sydneysiders (And Juan Carlos) are allowed to say Siddeney.
But as for Wagga, anyone from NSW just calls it Wagga. The only time I
ever hear Wagga Wagga is in reference to Wagga Wagga Writers Writers
(or 4W). I think someone was having a lend.
Cheers,
Jill
