You could try the following
Import the cluster from the group map into marsbar.
Write the cluster as a binary image (ROI definition - Export - Image)
Reslice the cluster image to native spaces using the normalization
parameters for each subject, and John Ashburner's deformation toolbox.
Reimport the resliced clusters into marsbar, and run the analyses on
your single subjects.
