Dear SPMers,
I recently re-analyzed an fMRI dataset in SPM2 on Matlab 7 SP2 on a dual 64bit
processor (Opteron) system running Red Hat 3. The first pass on this dataset
went smoothly. The recent re-analysis simply entailed changing the voxel sizes
from 2mm isotropic to 4mm isotropic.
A fixed-effects analysis was carried out on each subject individually, with 4
contrasts of interest having been specified. The error occured after specifying
a 'Basic Model' 'One-sample t-test' on one of the contrast images for each
subject. The SPM.mat for the contrast is created and estimated normally, but
when viewing results (no masking, no FWE or FDR correction, 0.001 threshold) I
get this error (and this is true for both of the two contrasts I have tried):
/BEGIN ERROR/
??? Error: File: /home/data/mat_path/SPM/spm2/spm_XYZreg.m Line: 593 Column: 1
"h" previously appeared to be used as a function, conflicting with its use here
as the name of a variable.
A possible cause of this error is that you forgot to initialize the
variable, or you have initialized it implicitly using load or eval.
Error in ==> spm_results_ui at 427
[hReg,xyz] = spm_XYZreg('InitReg',hReg,M,DIM,[0;0;0]);
Error in ==> spm_results_ui at 276
hReg = spm_results_ui('SetupGUI',M,DIM,xSPM,Finter);
??? Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback.
/END ERROR/
As far as I know *I'm* not to blame for having used "h" as a function, and to my
knowledge there is no h.m file anywhere on the matlab path on this machine.
Can anyone assist?
