I second that Alison. Ken is right---Come to the east coast.
I'm just off the plane from Ireland from a wonderful poetry festival with
Cathal O'Searcaigh, Gabriel Rosenstock and Seamus Heaney. It was
magic--full of music--John Sheehan, Sean Tyrell, Michael Howard, Sean
Garvey and more. I'll try and say a bit more when I get some sleep. No, I
didn't win the promised 2000 Euro for the best haiku, but I felt that I got
more than I had hoped for.
