We asked ASE and ACCOR to present to us and now use ASE and have done
for about 8 months or so. We have found them to be excellent. They
completely administer the scheme for us (which was one of our priorities
- with ACCOR you pre-pay for voucher books and can only claim back on
unused books, you also have to administer the scheme yourself), provide
us with reports on a regular basis and also deal with FAQ's. We were
also able to dictate the options on the outcome form to reduce ambiguity
about what exactly we will and won't pay for. It is also free and easy
for an optician to register so staff can use their own optician if they
wish and as there is no vouchers involved there is no risk of the
vouchers being "sold on".
We've also found that having an outside company has helped with
adherence to our policy in relation to dealing with people requesting
retrospective re-imbursment.

Good day
Has anyone heard of or had experience of the above company?
Have been asked to review their demo-CD for an organisation, but can't
get passed the idea that it's a sales gimmick and would appreciate some
feedback from others that may have considered them or used their
services.
