Exsultemus period vocal ensemble presents
Regali Natus: The Rhymed Office of Charlemagne
A special benefit preview to this young choir's first international
tour, "Regali Natus" will feature a scholarly presentation and concert
performance of music from the Rhymed Office of Charlemagne, 12th-century
politically-charged chants written for church services celebrating
Charlemagne's elevation to the sainthood. Wine and refreshments will be
served.
