The South East Film & Video Archive (SEFVA) requires a Cataloguer/Researcher
to join its AHRB-funded digital access project and participate in the
development of an on-line catalogue with a special section devoted to key
films in the archive's collection. You will produce all standard entries
for the catalogue, collect and collate relevant research and contextual
materials and contribute to the authoring of the Special Collection texts.
You should have relevant experience in cataloguing and heritage projects in
either public sector archives or museums and an active interest in film
history as well as a first degree in a related area. The post, based at
SEFVA offices in Brighton, is fixed-term until 30 June 2006 and will involve
some travel across the region.
