Dear Visual Media enthusiasts,
Both for photography & pre-cinema enthusiast (or those who like them both
of course) Early visual media loaded two new additions online.
- On top of the research page you will find two, possible Belgian,
pictorial photographs.
The portrait of a "Woman looking through a window" is by F. Herman, member
of the A.B.P. 1917.
The second, unfortunately anonymous, image shows a "Fishing boat run
ashore". I would welcome all information and possible identification of the
photographer.

- The pre-cinema addition is the long promised page on the Choreutoscope,
one of the most important devices in Pre-Cinematic history.

Both previous January additions
(http://www.visual-media.be/early-aviation.html) &
(http://www.visual-media.be/vintage-motorcar.html) provoked some
interesting reactions.
Best greetings,
Thomas
