I agree with Malcolm asking for other peoples views (especially people on
here) is more than legitimate but I also think the way the question was
phrased is what made it look like she might not have had any clue at all
which some people seem to have assumed.
Looking at it again you could say she was looking for help on how to do a
presentation or wanted information on the modern role of libraries, not
necessarily both. Or yes, indeed could have been after a nicely packaged
example she could use without any input of her own but I would find that
highly unlikely for anyone on here, much more the sort of thing I have
heard in the past from children in a public or school library.
