I suspect that that error is at the heart of the problem.
In particular the "localhost" is bizarre: I would expect to see either
localhost.localdomain or grid-dzero-rls.physik.uni-wuppertal.de.
What does "hostname" report on your RLS server?
Are you sure nothing relevant (YP/NIS/DNS/...) was changed on that node?
