I am sorry to contradict you, but here it works quite all right.
Nevertheless, I find your maui solution quite sophisticated !!
I am using maui just to make two QOS (world and weizmann), to group lcg
classes(queues) in the world QOS and all the local queues in the
weizmann QOS and to give a fair share target to the two QOSes -- don't
ask me which one :-)
