the whole Special Issue on "Military and Intelligence Gathering Activities
in the Exclusive Economic Zones". I had no pleasure to read it yet, but Jon
van Dyke's title of "The disappearing right to navigational freedom" seems
somewhat (or much?) too dramatic to me. Please read first Professor
Hayashi's (with 20-year UN/NY experience) article on Definition of Key Terms
in this issue (pp.123-139).
