As you say final advice on the profit calculation is awaited, but AFAIK will include all NHS related income (incl. rent etc.) excluding OOH work less NHS related expenses. Once calculated you have to deduct 14/114ths for the employers super which isn't profit.
The superann regs relating to OOH are coming out soon (allegedly) and will allow OOH earnings from 1.4.04 to be superannuated. The scheme looks even more complicated than the ordinary superann scheme but I haven't seen the regs yet.

Is the funding for OOH the same (20% from the practice) or does the OOH provider pay the 14%?.
