The more sceptical end of the security community will be very pleased to
see a device that leads to fingerprint recognition being tested by
well^U^U^U^Uhighly-motivated people!
THe last break in fingerprint recognition was with IIRC a chicken leg,
and another with a gelatin mould of a finger...
ANd this may be the first pair of new excuses for needing an extra
prescription of Methadone for a long time - "The machine gave a false
negative on my fingerprint"; and "The fingerprint sensor was fooled by
another user who got my dose out of it".
