I think I understand what you are saying. Basically extracting raw BOLD
signal would be a poor strategy as the statistical inference based on it
would not take into account HR, breathing and HRF. That’s clear. But you
also say that:

Therefore it seems that I do not understand how do you get mean % signal
change per condition. In my case I have a very simple blocked design: ABABA.
I presume that I should somehow get those mean % values for the baseline (A)
and experimental condition (B) but I have no Idea how to calculate this in
featquery.
