Dear FSL user
I intend to measure atrophy with SIENA. In order to find the best COG (-c)
for BET processing easierly the T1 images from one patient should have the
same origin and therefore I have set the origin on the AC with SPM.
But when I load this images in the FSLviewer the old origins appear.
Because I have four images per patient I have to search for the best COG
four times (the origins between the native T1 images from one patient
differ)
instead one time per patient.
Another problem is that the origins are far away from the AC (e.g. 31125mm
27538mm 30875mm ???)
so that it is very labour intensive to compute the COG.
Therefore my question is whether there is a possibility to set the origin
with FSL so that
the mm-coordinates in the FSLviewer are all zero.
Thanks a lot in advance
Best regards
Juergen
