Hi - what are your FSLDIR and LD_LIBRARY_PATH and PATH environment
variables set to? I'm guessing that your FreeSurfer setup is conflicting
with these - most likely with FSLDIR maybe? It may be enough to go into
your shell setup and make sure that the FSL setup is run AFTER the
FreeSurfer setup. Also make sure that you have a full clean installation
of the latest version of FSL.
