Dear all,
In windows, I successfully called WinBUGS from R using package R2WinBUGS
according to the instructions in Andrew Gelman's homepage. Since I have
to run simulations day and night, I hope to find a way to make it work in
Unix. I have found in OpenBUGS homepage that “At present the BRugs R
functions do not work under Linux.”
Using wine and calling from R package “rbugs” seems like another option
for me. Have anyone tried this? Does it work? Is there any step by step
instruction which can walk me through the installation?
Thanks
