Could I belatedly thank everyone who responded to the 'Bombardment' thread.
Alison of course was right : life gets in the way - so much so that I had to
uproot for a week (not a holiday or fun time just a 'duty calls' sequence of
miserable moments) so I'm only just getting around to reading some of the
messages.
While away I had my first encounter with a Woodlouse Eating Spider. A huge
brick-red jobbie engorged with plentiful eponymous blood and not averse to
adding a dash of human blood to spice up its diet. I thought it had
escaped from a zoo it was so extravagantly exotic but no, it lives in Wales.
I'm rather fond of spiders but this was too much of a spider life on top of
too much other life. And there was a poltergeist to boot. Yikes. What a -
life -
Cheers
