Hi,
Not sure if this is the same problem, but I noticed this padlock with one
of our students. I did try to click on the padlock before the file had
been sent and (one uses short words here), nothing happened.
It appeared that he had saved a file (using the "add" file button), but
had not yet "sent" it (i.e. using the "send" file button). Once the
student had sent the file, the padlock disappeared.
This may not be the same issue. If so, apologies in advance for offering
some form of hope!
