Hi Marcus
I was given copies of the documents to comment. In both cases after
making about six pages of comments I called it a day as they were so
poorly written, I sent these comments to Andy Jack but have had not
response. Overall I liked the approach but the content has not been
thought through and places too much emphasis on fire to the cost of all
other reasons for evacuation.
These were the documents I brought to the attention of the list about
two months ago.
