Well isn't this rich? There are no funds that I know of, but as a public 'service' they are liable just as a shop would be! It is an issue I've faced here with meetings arranged by MP's and staff at their offices suddenly not being held due to lack of accessibility (they choose old shops usually). The cry of 'reasonable adjustment' rings in my ears!
I would think that they won't be able to access public funding as they are a political party and most funds do not ascribe to political or religious promotion. I'd suggest that they approach their party central office.
