Hi all
I notice that in the UK a Minister of Parliament (MP) is leading a campaign
to increase the "national height of doors" - not that I was aware there was
a national regulation on maximum height I thought it was determined by
suppliers selling doors in standard units - a he is fed up with having to
stoop through doorways. Daniel Kawczynski MP is 6 foot 8.5 inches (2045mm)
tall. It is a good point as we have been concentrating our efforts on
widening doorways, but have we missed an opportunity to get them heightened
as well? Mind you we should also then be considering the minimum ceiling
height.
Just a thought.
