I agree totally here and actually I felt that Andreas was perhaps
suggesting a similar thing re-reading his post. Maybe he can respond
here. I wrote a while back on Empyre about this very issue (as we
probably all have). The definition of new media is, in certain cases,
crucial. But in many other situations it is necessary to live with
the ambiguity in order to actually get on with things.

Yeah, I was joking.... just thought I'd lighten the mood. In any
case, find myself either both a theorist and practitioner or neither,
depending on my mood and other people's point of view, so I'm just
generally wandering around in a state of confusion. I like it that way.
