Are you using Internet Explorer? Have you tested another browser (e.g.
Mozilla)?
I have had problems opening PDFs on Blackwell's site only when I use
IE. Our IT person recommended using the right-click method for opening
PDFs in IE.
In Mozilla I have no problems opening the links.
