Whatever mailer that is is still putting a blank charset in the header:

It seems that quite a few sites are putting their SE storage in /home, which
on the face of it is a slightly strange choice ... (I assume the /notused
ones are SRMs). In general the SE data should be in dedicated partitions so
it doesn't clash with other things.
