Hi,
Just preparing to inject a tennis elbow, and opened new sealed box of
efcortesol, and immediately noticed one ampoule was markedly different
colour to the rest. Rest were clear with tiny hint of yellow, one was
clearly darker yellow.
Now, colour variation is probably irrelevant but how can I know it doesn't
signify other problem. Same BN and ex Date.
Any thoughts? Am I being over cautious? Who do I report it to or get to
investigate if needed? Perhaps it happens all the time?
Cheers
