Hello,
Thanks for the links.
What I'm trying to learn isn't XML, or XML Schema.
I know XML and XML Schema. I don't really want
an existing Fortran parser for XML.
I'm looking for a language specification,
written in standardese, for a language similar to Fortran,
such as PL/I.
So far, Google hasn't helped find such a thing.
I must not be making myself clear, because Robin
hasn't been helpful, either. He's usually helpful
regarding PL/I.
I must admit I'm not sure there is such a thing,
because the last full International Standard
for PL/I was published in 1979, before w3c and XML.
