Hi Leonardo,
I presume you are saving your graph as an eps file and the
fact that the figure appears at the bottom left of the
page is due to that fact and indeed duely recognised by
software you may import your graph into. It has nothing to
do with the question of where *within* the graph a
particular panel is displayed. Try plotting two graphs in
one figure, save as eps file and see what happens!
Alternatively, there are the ps and gwg saving options.
