The research area is organizational learning and competence development
within working life, connected to e.g. innovation and technology. The
application should concentrate on how the institutional and societal basis
of these themes. For example, by way of illuminating whether the knowledge
economy entails new forms of knowledge application, and what consequences
this in turn may have for skills and competence development.
Salary: 38-45 on Norwegian state employees' wage ladder (ca. 287 000 ~ 323
000 NOK, i.e. ca. 35 250 ~ 39 600 EUR per year).
