That's to be done by whoever turns the current system into a real
system delivering a distribution. That requires making sure that make
dist works, making .deb/.rpm/.dmg files containing source and pre-built
distributions, sorts out how to use (and debug) the current use
dependencies and turn them into package interdependencies, and produce
some sort of (web-based?) system that can help someone download and
install the package they want, as painlessly as possible.
That's a non-trivial project. Volunteers?
