The Foreign Office seems to have kept quiet about this - I
spotted a reference in a speech by Denis McShane yesterday
although the guide was apparently launched on 1st November.
Want to know more about the EU? Ever wondered what we get out of

covers the new Constitution for the EU, setting out what
