x subject Re: The Tragedy
x memo Someone once said that when one party or other resorts to the Hitler
x analogy, that means that the resorting party has lost the argument or at
x least has nothing to say.
People say many things, so what? By whom? When and in what context? Please present an argument here because you appear to have none.
x As for wars and such: where were you when the US let a million Rwandans
x die at each other's hands? Where were you when Saddam Hussein was
x gassing Kurds?
It was the world who let the Rwandans down, not just the US. Killing more Rwandans would not bring the dead to life. Discussion is the only real solution to the worlds' problems. However, the world has not invaded Iraq. The gas used to kill the Kurds was most likely made in the USA. It was
used against Iranian soldiers(in the Iran/Iraq war) with no complaints
from the USA.
x No, the left and right in Europe have plenty to answer for -- as will
x the US, in it's turn.
Rubbish, you seem muddled about the reality of the situation. As I am writing this responce to you children in Fallujah are being killed and maimed for the only crime of living there. Many who survive will be traumatised, many will have life long physical impairments.
It is a case of inhumanity verses humanity, it has nothing to do with 'left' or 'right'.This war is leeking resources away from
improvements to disability equality.
