Your tone is very patronising - I do understand ontological and
epistemological positions - But I still maintain that there cannot be only one reality ....
truths are simply man-made contributions to knowledge - they change over time
and space - and it is the powerful who have the ability to define these
'universal truths'. Perhaps this is the reason you believe in the existence of
universal truths.
I still think you are contradicting yourself - and understood completely
Ron's contribution - in fact I was agreeing with him. Choosing how your frame
your arguments / thoughts / beliefs is often dependent upon your audience - as
you conceded re your comments re varying versions made to friends / colleagues
etc.
