You need to install the development packages for each of the relevant
packages probably. gl.h and glu.h are installed in the default place
(/usr/include/GL) by XFree86-devel-4.3.0-62.EL on my AMD64/RHEL WS 3
machine. If you use an NVidia graphics card, there are also versions
buried in the package that comes with its driver. Mesa will also have
versions in its include/GL directory.
