Yes, I agree, there is a lot to be done and we cannot afford to be complaicent.
My partner uses an electric wheelchair, and flies frequently. She reports very
mixed experiences; from being served with the utmost courtsey to having been
refused passage as she was misclassified as a "dependant passenger" who dared
to travel without a "carer"!
