I agree with Alessandra, there isn't much you can know. With the current
system the experiments get a disk area in which they can put anything they
like, so all you can really tell is whether it's empty - and even if it is
the experiments might decide to publish a tag to say that the site has
been validated. I think the only thing the sites can do is make sure that
once installed, neither the software nor the tags get accidentally
removed by system changes. I guess sites should also monitor the space
usage and be prepared to ask experiments if they need more.
