We were planning to print a bunch of CD labels and take out (or buy there)
blanks (DVD and CD) to burn while we are there. I guess there is a potential
problem with DVD as to whether it's -R or +R. Does it matter or do we just
do -R or do we need both?

What's the plan for OS X at ADASS? Is someone bringing a stack of blank
DVD-Rs for us to burn copies of the software for interested people? CDs
might be a possibility, but we'd have to leave out the documentation and
STARJAVA, as without those two (and currently without anything to do
with
Perl, ORAC-DR, SPECX, and FLUXES, all of which I'm going to add over the
next couple of days before we fly out) the tree weighs in at 630MB. It
is of
course possible to zip up the tree, which results in considerable space
savings.
Brad.
