All,
PCS is reorganised, and now builds unattended on the Mac. I'm about to
start committing the various changes, so mail me pronto if this is
inconvenient to you.
Since this required some starconf and automake changes, the repository
will probably be a little inconsistent while I'm doing this, so it'd be
best to stand back for the moment. I'll send another message later
detailing what I've done.

A better idea, and what I've done in fact. PCS is now ... ta-dahh ...
a single component.
