It's worth checking the AstroWeb resources. You can search for say
"all-sky survey". Other possibilities found there and remembered:
DENIS is a southern infrared survey http://www-denis.iap.fr/denis.html
In the radio there is the NRAO VLA Sky Survey (NVSS) http://www.cv.nrao.edu/nvss/
It's north of -40 declination.
The Extreme UV Explorer did a sky survey http://archive.stsci.edu/euve/
The Digital Sky Survey is like the SuperCOSMOS survey extends to other
bands http://stdatu.stsci.edu/dss/.
