London based university is seeking three staff, one permanent and two on
contracts of six and nine months, reporting to an overall records project
manager to work on key records identification and FoI preparation, with
salaries ranging from £27-37,000.
Local authority in London is looking for an information manager for six
month to manage the implementation of procedures within one of their
directorates to ensure compliance with FoI, including training senior
managers on how to change the working practices in their teams. Pro rata
salary of between £30-35,000.
Leading bank is looking for a group archivist to take over management of
its archive in Manchester. Managing a team of four staff and the day to
day organisation of the archive, liaising with the divisions of the bank to
ensure appropriate records are sent to the archive, and responding to
queries for information from the archive. Salary of £22,000.
National museum has a permanent vacancy for someone to promote EDRM,
coordinating training and induction programmes across the Museum,
contribute to the digital preservation strategy, act as the records manager
for the museum liaising with TNA to ensure compliance with appropriate
legislation and manage the museum's paper records and also promote and
monitor information standards ensuring interoperability across the
organisation. Salary of £28-30,000.
Law firm in London is looking for a records supervisor on a permanent basis
to bring new ideas into the department, coaching and developing the
existing team of ten staff. Salary of £28,000.
Central government department is looking for someone for a year's contract,
ideally with exposure to the evolving concepts relating to management of
electronic information and records (including email) but at least with
general records management experience and skills. Pro rata salary in the
region of £27-29,000.
