Is it clear to you how to handle the effort that had been contributing
in the context of the data challenges but is clearly doing so for a
particular experiment on which they are employed? If it is specific to
the staff allocated to computing support then this is really rather a
small number but since that is the truth I guess it does not matter.

This is the definition of funded/unfunded:
Funded means funded by GridPP as one of the Tier-2 Hardware Support
posts.
Unfunded means any other effort used to support the Tier-2 from HEFCE,
PPARC
rolling grants or elsewhere.
The Tier-2 Technical Coordinators or Specialists should not be included.
The numbers should be fractions of an FTE over the month.
A full time person should be 1.0
Someone who works on Tier-2 one day a week should be 0.2
Someone who worked x days should be ~x/22 (~22 weekdays in a month)
Round up to nearest 0.1
