HEAD OF POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMMES
Applications are invited for a Head of Postgraduate Programmes to join the
Department of Genral Practice and Primary Care within the Guy's, King's &
St Thomas' School of Medicine, King's College London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the continued smooth
running and management of the department's postgraduat programmes. The
postholder will play ana ctive role in securing funding and will need to
develop good working relationships with key external organisations such as
Primary Care Trusts and the Strategic Health Authority.
Applicants should have a good understanding of the NHS and Primary Health
Care and have experience of designing, implementing and evaluating a
variety of development programmes.
This appointment will be fixed-term for two years. Salary will be offered
on the Academic Related 3 scale, currently ranging from £32,686-£38,206 per
annum, inclusive of £2323 London Weighting allowance per annum.
