One for a Friday afternoon discussion. As consumers, how much would you
pay in order to keep your beloved pet alive?
This family shelled out £60,000 as the price for fighting to stop their pet
from being destroyed. Thats about the same cost as putting two kids
through prep school (in Leeds, anyway)

Would they have done that if they had known what the final price would turn
out to be at the start of the battle? When does emotion stop consumers
from behaving rationally?
