This is an open invitation to two separate events under the Designing
Design Seminar Series at InterMedia. These are free events, with lunch,
and local and international presenters. Researchers, academics,
developers, designers and participants will be presenting. The
interdisciplinary design series runs from here on into December 2005. The
series is hosted by InterMeida, UiO as part of a research project called
Designing Design (coordinator: Andrew Morrison).

Venue: InterMedia Studio, Forskningsparken II, University of Oslo
I hope this gives some idea of what we are trying to do over time as well
as in the seminar at which you may participate.

Research mediation: The seminar website is also a place for experiments in
research mediation. Video, papers/publications and photos will be included
form the seminars.

We are also motivating for participation and presentations at future
seminars. We have two in planning for December: one on Dance and
Technology and one on Social Software. In January 2005, we'll hold one on
Museums and one on Interface design. In total we see 15 seminars as taking
place, supported by specific visits/presentations by individuals. We
welcome suggestions about who might be included as presenters. We have
funding for visitors (both researchers and designers).
