Os mai 'gwrthwynebiad' yw objection, beth yw counter objection?
Ai 'gwrthwrthwynebiad'?

Dyma'r dyfyniadau, Sian:
David Bullock, 12 Chwefror 2004:
Mae'r Cynulliad eisoes wedi rhoi sêl ei fendith ar "gwladolyn" i olygu "a
national", fel y gwelir o droi at
http://www.wales-legislation.hmso.gov.uk/legislation/wales/wsi2003/20030918e
.htm
(Rheoliadau Cyfrifon Dysgu Unigol (Cymru) 2003) neu

.htm
(Rheoliadau Dyrannu Tai (Cymru) 2003.
David Bullock, 18 Awst 2004:
Mae Rheoliadau Dyrannu Tai (Cymru) 2003, a wnaed gan y Cynulliad
Cenedlaethol ac sydd ar gael yn
http://www.wales-legislation.hmso.gov.uk/legislation/wales/wsi2003/20030239w
htm, yn defnyddio "gwladolyn" i gyfleu "a national".
Gyda llaw, 'dw i wedi cadw bron pob neges ers mis Ionawr 2001 mewn ffolder
arbennig sy'n rhan o'r Inbox (cynigiais gyfarwyddiadau, beth amser yn ol, ar
sut i gael negeseuon at y grwp i fynd i ffolder ar wahan yn awtomatig).
Mae'n llai o drafferth chwilio hon na mynd ar lein, a gallaf ddod o hyd i
derm yn hawdd, hyd yn oed os nad oedd yn rhan o deitl y neges. Mae'n debyg
y gallwn ni roi copi o'r negeseuon i gyd i rywun arall, ond nid wyf erioed
wedi trio, ac mae'n debyg y byddai rhaid eu llosgi ar CD erbyn hyn yn
hytrach nag anfon ffeil enfawr trwy'r e-bost. (Neu efallai, gallwn
"sipio"'r ffeil, ond byddai'n rhaid imi ddysgu sut!).

RHYBUDD: Mae'r wybodaeth sydd yn y neges E-Bost yma yn gyfrinachol ac mae'n bosib y bydd yn gyfreithiol freintiedig. Os nad y sawl a fydd yn darllen y neges yma yw'r sawl y bwriadwyd yr e-bost ar ei gyfer, fe'ch hysbysir drwy hyn y gwaherddir defnyddio'r neges, ei rhannu, ei dosbarthu neu ei hatgynhyrchu gennych chi eich hun neu ar eich anogaeth. Os cawsoch y neges yma trwy amryfusedd, a fyddech cystal rhoi gwybod i ni ar unwaith a dychwelyd y neges wreiddiol. Nid yw'r wybodaeth sydd yn y neges yma o reidrwydd yn cynrychioli polisi a threfn weithredu'r Cyngor. Os cewch gan y Cyngor hwn ddeunydd heb i chi ofyn amdano neu ddeunydd tramgwyddus rhowch wybod i ni ar unwaith.
Diolch
