I've used at a basis for a district council's file plan which I'm developing
but certainly adding / changing areas, particularly adding environment as a
main heading and changing public relations to a wider communications. It
still very much feels like a first draft. Any news of further developments
with it anyone?

Subject: Classification Schemes for Unitary Authorities.
I have viewed the draft Classification Scheme proposed by the Local
Government Group of the Records Management Society but I was wondering how
other Unitary Authorities are proposing to approach this.
Will you be adopting the same/similar format?
Will you be including any different/additional levels? other than those
listed (i.e. function).
All comments and advise are welcome.
Thank you
