I hope not. Are you trying to take over the world? Facility numbering is
completely orthogonal to how we build the software.

it's not complete (it's missing IRAS90 for example) since we couldn't get
the "official" numbers out of Starlink. Numbers 1500-1699 for Starlink
give plenty of scope for an NDG number to magically appear but it would be
great if *someone* at RAL could publish the Starlink official list.

Someone should be auditing documents that should be either updated or
moved into the obsolete docs tree.

My understanding is that the document index and the facility numbers are
on some private RAL machine only available to the "starlink librarian".
