I've tried a few things with mixed results--some students clue into the
material, but others don't. I used to assign the essays in Across
Borders: Women with Disabilities Working Together (Batres, Driedger, Feika
eds.) I've used the online Beijing Plus Five, by Barbara Duncan (at the
