If someone changes and commits the dependencies in configure.ac, this
won't get in to component.xml until the next time they or someone else
(in this case you) do autoreconf (or local ./bootstrap) and re-run
./configure. So if you look at the files in question, it should be
that the only 'cvs diff' is a change in the dependencies, matching the
original author's change in configure.ac. When I spot this, I just
commit the changed component.xml with a comment like 'commited after
earlier change to configure.ac'
